The Coaching Room is something genuinely different. We're a brand new training studio in Kinning Park built around one simple idea: four people, one coach, and a programme that's actually designed around you. Real accountability. Real coaching. Real results.
Six launch groups running across the week — morning, midday and evening slots available. All groups launching Monday 8 June 2026. Founding spaces are filling fast.

Lead Coach – Small Group PT
PT Level 3 | CrossFit L1 | Nutritionist
Nicola leads the Small Group PT programme, delivering structured, coach-led training in a supportive and welcoming environment. Her coaching focuses on helping members build strength, improve movement quality, and develop confidence through consistent, progressive training. Nicola works with complete beginners through to experienced trainees, creating sessions that are approachable, challenging, and designed around long-term progress rather than short-term fixes.
Coach – Small Group PT
CrossFit L2 | Yoga Instructor
Cat brings years of experience coaching people across all levels — from complete beginners taking their first steps into training, through to seasoned athletes looking to refine their movement. Her coaching style is detail-focused and encouraging, with a natural ability to break down complex movements into simple, manageable progressions. Cat has a genuine talent for spotting the small improvements that make the biggest difference — and making sure you know about them.
Programme Operations Lead & Coach

Robert oversees the operational structure and long-term development of the Small Group PT programme. His focus is on creating clear coaching systems, structured programming, and a high-quality member experience that supports consistency, progression, and long-term results. Robert brings extensive experience in coaching, operations, leadership, and athlete development across both group training and performance environments.
